In the past, Biden has been known to be a liability behind the microphone, but his latest remarks might be his worst. During a tabled discussion on Friday morning, he claimed that he didn’t even know where the “President of the United States” was.
Joe Biden’s outlandish outburst probably gave many White House members a headache when it comes to keeping him in line, and it’s quite clear why. The worst part of Biden’s statement is that he told another elected official this before he thought it was a good idea to tell the Press. In his press conference, Biden claimed he told this statement to Governor Murphy of New Jersey while he tried to make it sound like a joke.
As a joke, it certainly fell flat and was not funny at all.
Every day it becomes more and more clear why a majority of voters within his own party don’t want him to run for re-election.
Joe Biden’s comment was so sad, concerning and distressing for the American public all at the same time. His mental faculties are clearly not what they once were, and the thought of him staying in charge of a country while he is so obviously not fit to be in office is heartbreaking. The need for swift intervention has been brought to the forefront; it is clear that Biden should step aside and resign so that he can focus on his rapidly deteriorating health first. A POTUS suffering from dementia or another type of cognitive issue can only lead to disaster for the United States.
