Arkansas Judge Demands Hunter Biden to Appear in Court or Face Jail Time

Hunter Biden has been ordered by an Arkansas judge to face the court on July 10, to address questions about his finances in a child support lawsuit filed by Lunden Roberts, his baby mama. The judge was furious that Hunter hid vital information about his art sales. The potential punishment for noncompliance is six months in jail.

Last month, Hunter appeared before the court to reduce his monthly child support payments of $20,000 for his 4-year-old lovechild. A paternity test had earlier confirmed Hunter to be the father of the child with Lunden Roberts, a former DC stripper. Hunter has yet to meet his daughter, Navy Joan, and Joe Biden still hasn’t acknowledged his granddaughter.

In an attempt to demand transparency from Hunter, Judge Holly Meyer last month directed his lawyers to divulge information about his income from art sales and other business deals. His lawyer responded that he didn’t know the identities of Hunter’s art buyers. Consequently, the judge threatened to issue a subpoena to the art gallery to gain information about the art buyers and the value of the paintings.

According to court papers, if Hunter does not appear in court next month to answer Lunden Roberts’ questions about his finances, he may face six months in jail. The court order, issued by Circuit Judge Holly Meyer, instructs Hunter to come to Batesville, Arkansas to be questioned by his daughter’s mother’s lawyer, Clint Lancaster, and to provide his bank statements from 2013.

The lawsuit accuses Hunter of ignoring the judge’s order, which demanded answers to questions about Roberts’ support lawsuit against him, including the provision of his bank statements. She also accuses him of “living lavishly” and misrepresenting his income and financial situation.

In conclusion, the Arkansas judge has made it very clear that Hunter Biden must appear in court to address the financial questions in the child support lawsuit or face the possibility of six months in jail. As the situation unfolds, it remains to be seen whether the president’s estranged son will comply with the court’s demands.
